Attorney Paul Chumbley, of Hargadon Lenihan and Herrington PLLC, volunteered at TJ Middle School this week as part of an initiative during National Youth Violence Prevention Week. Paul and a group of nearly 100 men spent part of the day teaching students how to tie neckties. Approximately 1,000 ties were donated for the 500 students who participated in this year’s event.
A school administrator commented on how proud the students are when they have the opportunity to interact with the adults and learn simple tips for better self-esteem.
